The Selva de Mar Apartment was spacious and modern .the location in area Diagonal Mar , 5 minut.metro Selma de Mar .5 minuts beach .I would highly recommend the Selva de Mar Apartment.The staff are frindly and helpful. The appartments were clean and location was great,would definately stay there again and would recommend these appartments to others.Central location and very modern.
所有评语 » Friendly staff, nice location in Barrio Gotico, not as loud as expected (probably due to off-season).. The stairs were really narrow indeed, but we brought small suitcases / backpacks, so that was not a problem.. Great stay, highly recommended!. Selva de Mar apartment is verymodern and very nice decoration.Spacious and 2 terraces (Apart duplex) and vision mar-beach.the apartment was confortable.7 minut. metro Selva de Mar. central location (barri gotic), inexpensive, clean, light, modern, very comfy bed, well-maintained, friendly contact person, the staircase kept us fit!. Diagonal Mar Appartment were clean.Moderns stylish interiors.Good location.( 7 minuts m. Selva de Mar). Modern desigh.Excellent location.staff were very helpful.Room very clean.location, cleanliness, amenities (kitchen, microwave), rooftop terrace. The owners were simply excellent, gave us all the information needed to navigate easily through Barcelona, giving tips about transports and places to eat, as well as places to visit from their personal point of view. The apartment was also very clean, well equipped and in good state of maintenance. A couple of blocks away from the metro station (subway) and on a very quiet neighborhood.the apartment was very modern, and beds wereconfortable.Very nicely decorated and clean apartment.walking distance to Ramblas, P.Catalonia.... the apartments were clean and location was great, would definately stay there again and would recommend these apartments to others. This is far from an "anonymous" hotel. The appartment itself is furnished quite nicely and has all the comforts we expected it to have. Kitchen was great. Plenty of cool bars/restaurants just two steps away.confort. good location and nice room with its own cooking apparel, good for long stay. Very near to Ramblas and the sea. Bakery vis-a-vis for breakfast. The streets were very loud, especially at night! Use ear-plugs for sleeping!. there was lots of street noise at night! it should be noted that the staircase and bathroom are miniscule - while fine for us, the bathroom would not be suitable for bigger people, and the staircase would be difficult to negotiate with large suitcases. diagonal mar far from centrum. there is no hairdryer.I stayed at 4th flor. It was very difficult to carry the bag. If I knew in advance I could come with two bags instead of one. The stairs is really a drag (especially as we stayed on the 5th floor). They are very tiny - you have to see it to beleive it. Do not go there if you have large luggage, you will regret it. But it's OK for a weekend lugage type.Staff spoke very little english. Leaky shower. Thin walls. Better to have a double bed in the main bedroom.The website should be more specific about the location of the different apartments... Do not bring heavy bags with you! I had to climb 4 floors and the passage is really, really tiny BUT... I was robbed in the metro when arriving Barcelona and I had a bad time trying to explain that I had no money or card with me. Since the rules were that we needed to pay in advance, I had to talk wiht the manager by the phone, in spanish, in order to convince her to let me pay later. It was hard.They kept us waiting- we agreed a time to pick up the keys and they wereextremely late!! Grotty Towels and bed sheets. the almost unmanageable staircase; very difficult with heavy luggage. I would recommend the hotel for young people with light suitcases. Narrowest staircase ever though!. duble windows. One hot plate shorted out the electricity to the apartment and washing machine shocked our friend twice when trying to open the door. we had a room in the 5th floor and no elevator and the wifi is not working, unlike it was advertised. It was very noisy. There was no lift and a very small stairway up to our room on the 3rd floor. No safe was offered. Very small flat espacially the shower. The appartment smelt smoke! No wardrobes at all! Not a double bed, but 2 mattress sliding apart!.
