We are very grateful to Vivian Morro for the warm welcome. She gave a lot of useful information about the city's attractions, sightseeing, shopping areas, and transport. These apartments are clean and comfortable. We recommend that anyone who wants to feel as local residents of Barcelona. Thank you, Vivian. With best wishes, Asta. Location - near bus stop, Metro station, not far away from the Center of Barcelona (about 15 min) Staff - very pleasant and responsive - we had several remarks re teapot and heating maifunctions; next morning everything was functioned properly.
所有评语 » Massive apartment very comfortable and right opposite the metro. Only 15 mins walk to plaza Catalunya. Really helpful English speaking guy called Alex met us when we arrived and gave us maps and recommended places to eat out. Fantastic staff that spoke perfect english and helped to guide us to the right places from the minute we arrived. Very Secure. Beautiful clean modern apartment in a fantastic central location. Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location in the center of Barcelona, close to all the major attractions and transportation, but at the same time on a quiet street. The cosy, clean apartment and the location... The initial service was also very pleasant.. No problems during the stay...!. Clean, spacious, had all the basics needed. Friendly people. If they changed the beds I would return. Excellent location, nice facilities, no neighbors so as to worry about my kids making noise :). very new. Alex, the liaison, was very helpful. Nice secure apartment,spacious living area, ideal location for what we wanted. Only one - to reach apartment in the evening was not very pleasant due to specific arabian quater around. We were given the wrong address by letsbookhotel.com and ended up at the offices of the apartment owners. Fortunately met a guy there who spoke to the taxi driver in Spanish and redirected us but good job we didn't get the bus!! Also dishwasher in apartment and kettle did not work. However overall these were small niggles. Nothing...it was fantastic!!. The beds were horrible. The baby's bed didn't even have a proper mattress. The twin beds were hard which made it impossible to sleep. We had to put the pull out bed mattress on the floor because the frame was broken. Just not comfortable. Too many stairs for family with kids. WIFI was rather bad, they gave two connections, one of which never worked and the second one was quite weak, apart from this nothing bad. Could've done with more storage. 1 wardrobe that's ample for 2 people in the single beds but could do with at least a clothes rack for whoever may be using the sofa bed. The 2 chairs could've done with a clean as had stains on the fabric.
