Fantastic location of the apartment. Walking distance to the beach and Sagrada Familia. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The wifi and airconditioning worked perfectly. There is no reception but the staff are always available and very helpful. We arrived early and were allowed into the apartment earlier than 13 o'clock. Our flight was late at night and they were very nice to let us leave our luggage in their office. We have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this a.
所有评语 » I like everything about this place. It was like home away from home. If u r thinking of coming to Barcelona, make sure u use this apartment. Everything u need is there and not far from the city centre with metro just few mins away. No staff around and its quiet but ideal for privacy. Not bad the price but it worth every penny paid for. Choice of supermarkets around and am sure you cant make mistakes using this apartment for whatever reason you r in barcelona for. Excellent location, close to the center, Olympic Port and Sagrada Familia (you can see the towers from the balcony. 2 bus station at 2min distance, nearest metro station at 8 min. Supermarkets and grocery shops near. New building, with all the modern comfort expected. Everything looks exactly like in presentation photos and works as it should. Nicely equipped and spacious apartments that are perfect for a couple of days in Barcelona. A big plus are the comfortable matrasses on the beds. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with decent furniture and other equipment, such as an iron and a washing machine. Location, walking distance to the beach not too far from main city, hop on bus stop nearby restaurants and supermarket close. After struggling with hob instructions very good and safe ie only working if pan on hob. Very clean presentation and all the equipment in the flat worked. Staff very helpful with Barcelona queries. Excellent supermarket opposite - 2 minutes walk. Highly recommended for city visits to Barcelona. The apartment's living space was spacious. Very well connected by Metro (Station -Marina). Absolutely fantastic. perfect location - 15minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the center, also near the subway. Comfortable, clean, quiet and of course wi-fi. Perfect location, close to metro and walking distance to the beach and still very quiet and not in real middle of the nightlife. Only 10 minutes' walking to the sea, near the bus stop and the subway. If you r thinking of using the internet there u might need to forget the one at the apartment and look for alternative. Rather poor wireless internet. Registration machine in the entrance lobby provided the card for the wrong room (already in use by other people :) and we have to wait 40 min for the contact persons to solve the software issue.Eventually we received the card for our room. The bathroom was alright but was constantly wet because there was no sill to keep it from flooding. The shower itself was good though. automated check in as we had not received check in code also when door locked we didn't know the code to get in, no face to face staff, pure luck another resident came and let us in. When we phoned the contact spoke quickly and hung up without checking if we had understood instructions. Apartment at Level E - The bathroom and kitchen were small, however, manageble. 2 days of cold shower not nice to have in winter not so many pans and kitchen items. Hot water for two people is not enough. Swim had about an hour. The room was cool, but we were in the middle of November!))). No reception open during the hours we came and left the room. We never saw anyone during a 4 days stay! (Stayed during Spanish GP and left early and gor back late in the evenings). The heating and the warm water in the shower didn't function properly sometimes. But it has to be meant, that this is a problem in Spain in general. Kitchen lacked variety of utensils and had no basic food ingredients (salt, pepper, tea, etc), which one usually finds in an apartment. I had to leave. Did not like the fact the neibour complained about our noise at 6am considering we wher not in until 8am but when I went to the office staff where very underdranding. Didn't know how to use washer/dryer Not enough hot water... 30 min to Rambla by foot - but it super for this money. generally nothing. The leaky focet. Couldn't receive additional keycards from the machine. Awful noice from the traffic. The TV was in a high place bext to the roof. And the stove wasn't working in the last two days. And no cleaning daily like hotels.
