  It was an excellent hotel with all the facilities one would expect but with little extra touches that made it special. Would definately stay there again. - Airport shuttle service-excellent. Staff is very customer oriented, personalized service was pleasant. Rooms, bar, etc. were first class.

  Last summer I stayed for the first time at Axor Barajas both for business (The University of Arizona, USA) and pleasure (Family European vacation) I can't say enough of the quality for the price.....it is a bargain. Be sure this is the one hotel I will recommend to fam - We stayed at the Axor for one night before our flight home after touring around Spain. Super modern hotel very close to the airport. We must have been upgraded, because our soom was huge. We had a whole studio with a sleek bathroom.The shuttle was excellent. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.

  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.

Metro stop Barajas near by but the streets aren't marked well so it was a bit tough to find by walking from the Metro.   All we had to do was call the hotel from the airport and they gave clear directions where to catch the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour. The room we stayed in was a bit small but large enough for two to enjoy comfortably. We appreciated having a king size bed that was fairly comfortable.   Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char - Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.
