Make sure to use the shuttle service to and from the airport, even if you arrive by airport bus from Barcelona (call ahead). We were waiting for a package to be delivered and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make sure it arrived safely even offered to call the delivery company, without us even asking them for help. We were very impressed with them. The restaurant attached was very nice and really reasonably priced, we ate there both nights of our stay.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, in particular Maja, who helped us when we needed to visit the local hospital.

Everything! Location was unbeatable and contrary to many old town centres, the taxi could take us right to the door. The staff was helpful, all receptionists were like Concierges: they recommended sites, restaurants. The room had all the latest amenities and comforts but the bonus was beautiful decor in and out of room and wonderful smell everywhere. Will go back!

The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered lots of variety and was plentiful,healthy and great value. The fact that breakfast was served until 11am added a bit of luxury. The free access to the internet was a great bonus. Availability of parking was a plus also. - Good experience
