  Facilities were excellent. Very near Nou Camp which is why we werevisiting.   Lovely hotel, good location, 20 mins from the centre, so close by butquiet. Facilities (pools/gardens/spa/rooms) were excellent, stafffriendly and helpful. Making it a really pleasant stay. It was mybirthday, and the Management organised a free bottle of cava and somestrawberries - nice touch.   We enjoyed orr stay very much,the staff were friendly and helpful and couldnt have done more for usWeasked for 3 rooms, one single and two doubles on the same floor and they provided exactly that .We asked for a hire car and they helped us organise that . Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
