We stayed here for just one night as we had to catch an early morning plane. This hotel was ideal for this purpose. The hotel rooms are very nice. Can't say anything negative about our stay, we only stayed there on our last night in Madrid as had very early flight in the morning, we would stay again.

I will book again this hotel to wait for my flights in the future. - The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection.   It was an excellent hotel with all the facilities one would expect but with little extra touches that made it special. Would definately stay there again. - Airport shuttle service-excellent. Staff is very customer oriented, personalized service was pleasant. Rooms, bar, etc. were first class.

  All we had to do was call the hotel from the airport and they gave clear directions where to catch the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour. The room we stayed in was a bit small but large enough for two to enjoy comfortably. We appreciated having a king size bed that was fairly comfortable.   Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.
