  I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. The staff are a credit to this apartment block! well done! - I love this place and have stayed there 2 or 3 times already. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

  The villa is located in an easily accessible and quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The villa is large and spacious and the heated swimming pool was great for our large family of 8. There's a small grocery store and a supermarket a few minutes walk away so it's easy to stock up the fridge.   Just down a side road off the main road, clean rooms, beds had fresh sheets, soft towels plus bar of soap. Everything worked, shower fine,friendly staff who spoke english.
