We had the most amazing idyllic view from our balcony. The inn has seen its better days but it's wonderful still, beautiful gardens not fenced or gated like most other hotels in South Africa. We would sit on our balcony in the morning and look out over the jungle with the sliver of the Indian Ocean showing in the distance, and just watch all the different tropical birds go by and listen to the calls of the jungle. 所有评语 » Lovely rooms we stayed in the self-catering lodges. View beautiful. Good Beds. Liked the fact that we could self cater or go to restaurant for breakfast. Even though restaurant closed in May during low guests they did offer room service for dinners. We stayed in a self-catering apartment and it's been good value for money. The apartment was clean and spatious. Breakfasts were OK. We much enjoyed our stay in St. Lucia and we would happily stay in Seasands Lodge again. We had a very spacious room with a balcony that overlooks the garden. Room was very nice, comfortable beds. Staff was very kind and helpful. Very spacious rooms in a green and lush environment. Quiet and very well situated for exploring Saint Lucia and surrounding. Friendly staff. Responsive staff, clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxed in lush St. Lucia. 1) Friendly and capable staff. 2) Close to shops. The apartment. Spacious, comfortable, nice view. Location, rooms, facilities. The view, gardens, quiet. self catering great. The location is tranquil. The location and gardens. I can't think of a thing. If we had any issue with a blown fuse in the kitchen or a need for shampoo, the manager would attend to us. Just incredible -- we're telling all our friends to go there, and all for a price you can barely get a Motel 6 room in the states. Go prepared to cook or barbecue in your room -- we did not find restaurants that were any good and only had dinner at the inn once which was fine but nothing memorable. No porters for luggage. Bathrooms on the old fashioned side. Towels not great, self catering kitchen sparse - crockery and cutlery side. One or two housekeeping things to attend to - fixing things or upgrading. Restaurant shut after 6pm. The parking space can be a little tight. Our kitchen wasn't very clean and we didn't really understand why does the bar close at 6 p.m. that was a pity but not a problem. Could use some refurbishment. Facilities are beginning to look a little dated. 1) Lack of parking spaces. 2) Parking spaces need to be marked clearly. No hook behind the bathroom door and a bit short on towel rails. No light at dressing table. The TV channels were not working properly.The kitchen utensils were minimal.Cleaning and replening of rooms was substandard and the linen only gets changed after five days which was a shock for me. The standard of the room was very poor The hot breakfast was a big disappointment and total rip off waiter not trained.
