  The staff were so kind and welcoming. We were treated like a member of the family and it felt very homely. The surroundings were so beautiful and if we needed the city, it was only a taxi journey away. - Amazing view from our room balcony as well as the dining area.   The fabulous personal attention to detail, the heated bathroom floors and towel rails on a really chilly day. Bruce left a pullover on his bed and John took the trouble to meet us at the airport to return it. Talk about going the extra mile.
