  The staff were totally fabulous - friendly, helpful and always happy /willing to help.   We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

  We booked very short notice. Still this was no problem. Amazing breakfast. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Very nice staff, Hardy knows all the nice winehouses to go to for winetastings. Furthermore they also know a lot about the country in general and have good tips on places to go and see. The hotel is in the one of the most beautiful spots you've ever seen - surrounded by mountains on every side. Even though it was freezing at night, the room was nice and cosy and warm. The host eventually answered his phone and said that he was not expecting anybody as nobody had advised him of the booking.
