A friend and myself stayed in a studio for 8 days. It was all that they say online and more, fully stocked kitchen even a dishwasher, Grocery store and shopping plaza a few block away. Even a great Vegan place. Most restaurants delivered, 24 hr security at the gate made me feel safe at all times. I loved this place... I wanted to pack my entire room in my suitcase. Great service, Clean Rooms, friendly staff. Home away from home feeling, Wifi in the room really helped since the Network is bad in.
所有评语 » We needed just to spend a night somewhere, after the long flight to SA, and we decided to stop in Pretoria. The hotel was very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable; it had a fully equipped kitchen. A fourth bed was added, for our two children. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We appreciated also the parking just below the rooms. My first time to Pretoria so didn't really know what to except. The accommodation was just like it's picture and was so lovely and clean. All the staff were so friendly and just wonderful, could not be more helpful for anything you ask. I would come back for another stay if I was every in South Africa again. Thank you to all Rachelle and Coni:0). Staff was extremely welcoming, very professional & friendly. They went out of their way to attend to our needs and made sure we're comfortable. The rooms had free wi-fi. The parking is also good and safe. The highlight are the rooms. They're spacious, very modern and clean. Location is perfect. What i liked the most is that it had enough space for our fam of 2 kids and 2 adults. We only stayed one night but we will definitely go back. The loft has all the facilities a self catering appartment needs. Is also reached very easy via the N4 highway. Friendly, helpful service. As international guests with children, we were concerned about safety. The manager was very informative about attractions to visit and went well beyond any of our expectations when she drove us to the train station. The studio apartment I stayed in was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The staff were fantastic and I was given good advice on things to see & do in the area. We loved the location as we are rugby supporters and Loftus Stadium is very close by!. my mom died and I stayed with you untill the funeral sharing this place with my daugther and grandchild I found peace and luxury I so much need. The room was rather dark, LED lights were not really sufficient and gave a ghostly atmosphere. An additional lamp and a fourth chair at the table would have been appreciated. In case you have very young chidren, take care of the stairs to the upper bedroom. Anyway, these are minor comments: it was really a good experience. Nothing. Nothing. Pillows are a bit hard. I love soft ones. :-). You were busy with renovations and and sleeping during the day was not possible. There is no 24 hr shop closeby. The corridors and the stairs that leads to the room thei are not atractive. Nothing, all fine. It is difficult to locate the place throughout the gps trucking, maybe you need to update the information from the maps. Nothing. It was a little far out of our way but if pretoria is were you want to be its perfect. Nothing. Felt a bit like a block of flats. Tight corridors & stairs, but fine inside. this apartment hotel is best suited for business traveler who have meetings all day and returns on the evening. as for a person who just wanna have a lazy day, lounging around till midday or beyond, you may have some trouble getting hold of some towels as it is normally collected on each morning and returned late afternoon after being washed. Though asking the staff can easily resolve this problem. plus a coffee table could be very handy in the loft apartment. bathroom. No reception when we arived, keys left with security guard. few minor maintenance issues inadequate air conditioner. There was a group of people partying the whole night. No one could sleep. The police had to come and rescue the situation. Very bad experience. The stains on towels the tv that was not working the unhelpful security. The rooms was not looked after. Not cleaned and the physical building appearance was not well maintained.
