Rooms were spacious and very clean, with a modern design and finishes. Towels were soft and amenities were lovely. Wifi in the room was much needed. Private verandah was a wonderful feature too. Breakfast was very tasty and a great spread, with many choices.

The Underberg guesthouse is situated very centrally so it was very convenient and close to some top restaurants. This enabled us to save on our hire car expenses. Primi Oxford House was a gem of a find. Grest location, 15 min walk from Waterfront. What impressed me the most was the look and feel of the modern studio apartment like room I had. The location is perfect. Walking distance from downtown, waterfront, sea
point, restaurants along the summerset st, Cape Center mall, etc. Huge
and comfortable room with kitchenette. Very clean and quiet. I even
found a Laundromat 2 blocks from the hotel. If you drive plenty of
parking on the street. Janet and David were very nice as well as the
rest of the staff. The free Wi-Fi added more value to the price paid
which in comparison to other big hotels is way less. Overall a great
little hotel.
