The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself. Rooms were spacious and very clean, with a modern design and finishes. Towels were soft and amenities were lovely. Wifi in the room was much needed. Private verandah was a wonderful feature too. Breakfast was very tasty and a great spread, with many choices.
