  Amazing Esna - the lady on the desk! She booked us in to some wonderful places to eat and was so smiling ,welcoming and helpful. Also when we did have a slight problem- the safe wouldn't open just as we were going out to a booked dinner- we were offered money and transport to tide us over till the safe was fixed.   The location was perfect for us - in the town and in walking distance to shops and recommended restaurants. The room was lovely with an outlook onto the garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us suggestions on what we could do in our very limited time in Franshhoek ( we only stayed one night). On arrival we were given an upgraded room which was very clean and tidy with a very large bed! The house was very interesting with an old colonial feel. It is in a secluded spot, very peaceful but within easy walking distance to the town which is very beautiful. We only stayed 1 night but could easily have stayed longer.   Justin and Caine were the most amazing hosts looking after our every need. The warm welcome, the incredible bedroom, the grounds, the outdoor hot tub, the huge lounge and discrete bar area which allows you to unwind having explored the beautiful surrounding area.
