  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests.   The accommodation is superb. We were there for the Comrades Marathon and Ralph, who was standing in for Barbara, could not have done more to make our stay an absolute pleasure. - First class accommodation with brilliant attention to detail in every aspect.
