  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests.   Its on the beach and direct access to the beach front walk. The ocean views. The friendly staff and excellent service. Food is divine! Reception at arrival awesome. Easy access to shops and entertainment close by. - Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool lovely and great location. Room balconies private and great views.
