I loved the design. The room was beautiful. Clean. Huge pillows. Amazing shower. Young. Trendy. Quirky. Modern. All the elements combined provided an enjoyable stay. Dstv full bouquet provided, which was cool as well. Mini bar was pretty neat. The little courtyard which the room opened up to was superb. The pro's definetly outway the cons. I highly recommend this hotel and would go back. I enjoyed my stay fully.
所有评语 » It's very classy for a B&B!!! the rooms are very tasteful, the service is amazing and Jo is just a darling!! She offered to get me a shuttle at the fraction of the price of a taxi and would also call for me a cab whenever i needed to move around. Then the breakfast....its a simple breakfast but they've done it in a very artistic way and it tastes yummy too!! Generally i looooved staying at the concierge... The philosophy and design of the rooms, hotel and the restaurant/cafe The fantastic food and very warm and welcoming staff The location The rooms i.e. design, wet-room, very large and luxurious beds The friendliness, family-run 'feel' of the place and the excellent customer service Felt very safe and was a lovely place to return to each night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and clearly they know how to provide excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding - visually and tastefully. Though the hotel is a little off the beaten-path, it's a short 15 minute walk to the beach and close to Florida road and its many bars and restaurants. The relaxed atmosphere among the beautiful trees and the freedom cafe make this place stand out from any other boutique hotel. The breakfasts at the freedom cafe alone are worth staying here for. Rooms are great - esp the veranda rooms. Delicious breakfast with good selection Conveniently situated for tourist attractions Clean rooms and great shower All day breakfast on the weekend. The bungalows were absolutely stunning and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even left mars bars for an Easter treat!. This is the 4th time I have stayed here. I wasn't disappointed. The food is fantastic and stylish Awesome trip again. Absolutely everything about our stay at the hotel was amazing. Food, service, accommodation. Will definitely return. Excellent rooms, food, staff, and a convenient location in an older part of Durban, quite near good restaurants. the rooms were exactly as described....the bed was very comfortable....staff were very friendly and nice..... No hot water at the time he needed it. Had to wait over an hour for a simple breakfast. That was disappointing. The two single beds put together kept splitting down the middle. Try maybe a king size mattress. Other than the above mentioned, I love the place and would definetly go back!. She could at least give complementary water for the guests....aside from the tea and coffee you have to pay for everything else!!. There was nothing that I didn't like. Parking is a bit tight but not too much of a hassle. Room was very noisy neighbours could be heard very easily, and was not sound proof as advertised Area did not appear very safe. Nothing not to like about this hotel. absolutely nothing. Can get a little noisy in a room that faces into the courtyard. Limited privacy without keeping blinds shut. Very noisy staff movements from 7am on both mornings, pity:-(. The noise levels. Nothing!. The location is hard to find if u don't have the assistance of a GPS. Very noisy guests. Bedside reading lamp was hanging in tatters and completely broken probably for some time . Outside light was broken leading to car park causing it to be pitch black at night. Housekeeping needs stronger supervision. None.
