  Hedge House was great beyond our expectations. Jan and her family and staff (who are more like family) are all just wonderful- very helpful, friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts were full, cooked to order, and absolutely lovely and delicious- and different every day.   Before we even arrived we received an informative letter and help in planning our holiday. Staff could not have been more helpful with recommendations and answers to our every question. From the star aprtments most places are just within reach, 15 mins to the Airport, Waterfront, Canal Walk Shopping Cen - Location is great, it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions. I stayed here with my girlfriend, it was very comfortable, safe and value for money. It is indeed a home away from home. Nearby there is a local convinience store. You will need a car to get around usually 15min drive to waterfront, canal walk, cape town CBD, rhodhes memorial, etc Hashim will look after you, he is the manager.

  A hotel like a garden of relaxation right at the bottom of Cape Town's stunning table mountain. The hotel is very charming with a big garden to wander around and a good pool area. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying
