I like our stay at Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore.. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful!!!! What ashamed we only got one night stay in Singapore, Room and location were really comfortable. Will definitely choose Fraser Residence Orchard again for next trip in Singapore. The location - Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Paragon,Lucky Plaza, Takashimiya,,etc, were within easy walking distance. The best place to say in Singapore. Very spacious and comfortable suites. We loved it and will be back.
所有评语 » The staff were very efficient and honest. I left my cell phone behind and only realized after check out. The kind staff arrange to have it sent back to me. Thank you Fraser Residence Orchard. Your location is fantastic :) The kitchen is complete with all the appliances and utensils that i need. TV in every room is also very nice. The cleaning service is excellent. Great location and the room size was perfect. We had two bedrooms a kitchen, study and lounge. Great to stay for longer periods self catering. The apartment was nicely appointed, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were really comfy. The staff were very helpful and cheery!. i was upgraded to two bedroom apartment prior of checking in. the room is spacious and comfortable with all amenities available. The atmosphere at the place is incredible, just a house away from home. The location and the view is among the best city hotel. Great location close to Orchard Rd shopping. Nice Landscape, breakfast with fresh juices,. excellent locations. Nothing. Just the location of the hotel , and the apartment have all the things that might you need. Love it. Breakfast could be better and served in more a spacious area. 1. The position in which the air conditioner put is not good. Especially in the bedroom, make me headache because the wind blow at exactly my head. I have to change the sleeping position. 2. The breakfast quality is quite poor. Its cold and not fresh. (I know the difference between meal that is cook on that day or the day before). especially the boiled eggs. We found the breakfast to be quite 'lacking'. Somewhat diappointing for a hoel of this calibre. the breakfast room is so small and the food is very basic. The breakfast choice is SO limited, the elevator constantly is in construction. Expensive. Cramped breakfast area when busy. Takes time to get the room cleaned even after requests as they have a schedule and do not do it two times a day even if you try. Some of the reseption stuff not co-operative, poor breakfast (for muslems). I left a cash deposit upon check out could not find my record for leaving the deposits. Say they will look in to it and call me. But have not reply yet. The breakfast was dissapointing, with limited selection and poor quality. The swimmingpool was in next to the street, with too much noise from the traffic. Travelled with four friends but the sleeping allocation was not great because there was a King Size bed in one room while a Single Bed in the other. The master bed room is with open kind of toilet and shower where its all separated by clear glass instead of walls, it give no privacy at all if someone is with you in the room, even if my wife is with me for sure I do not want her to see me on toilet seat nor do I. Not being able to add an extra bed to the one bedroom apart,met and having to book a two bedroom, which was a bit expensive. tea bag and coffee every morning not added. the noise created by housekeeping early in the morning was ridiculous, the lack of simple items like chop sticks is surprising. It could be cleaner. Is getting old. And tired. Dog hair in the carpet. Elevator looks old . Breakfast was very poor.. I mean really really bad. For the money youre paying you would expect a much better offering. Housekeeping comes everyday but linens do not get changed. Toiletries arent resupplied upon usage. I want to tell the staff to be friendly with guest . The Breakfast was very bad & the lady @ the counter was extremely rude. In my reservation I had requested for a room at a higher floor which as not met citing non availability. To my surprise they were offering rooms to other walk in guests @ higher floors. The carpets was a disaster. Too fury that when you steps or sits on the carpets the fur will make the place dirty and also make your pants all mess up. Expensive, breakfast option was poor. Not enough staffs for such big establishment. room service. dont expect much for breakfast. Refurbishment were purely cosmetic leaving interiors of cupboards with old yellow boards. Kitchen smells bad and entrance gates to swimming pool slams shut with a loud bang every time a guest opens it. Bathroom smelled strange, cumbersome Excessive keycard system, inadequate staff. Apartment feeling, not recommended for honeymooners, I would have preffered a hotel A bit expensive Bed in one bedroom Apartment is very small for 2 persons there were a lot of ants.however they changed our Apartment. The food also the money what I spent were more than this place deserve. Also as I am staying for 6 days the next day l arrived the send me a reminder regarding my checkout time which is rood and un ethical way. More over they didn't clean the place as we put cleanup singe. The service , reception mishandling , the design rooms , the room decor, the general atmosphere in the apartment , hotel corridors , breakfast and breakfast place. Price is abit high.
