  At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room. Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony and facing plus direct access to the pool.   very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Very good location if your interests are to shop and the latest mall ION is just around the corner. ... 别人怎么说 » Special note on the concierge lady who offers candid and helpful advice on dining and sightseeing, just like friends...btw, the slippers are very comf - We had 2 lovely rooms , clean & spacious . Good location walking distance to all shopping mall . Very courteous, helpful & knowledgeable staff especially the concierge staff
