  Personal was very kind and friendly. They have shuttle services to anywhere you want to go, including airport, for very reasonable prices and they also provide cheap tickets to the touristic places and discounts for local indian restaurants. The hostel was clean, secure and cheaper than the other pod-style hostels. You can use laundry machines and... 别人怎么说 » iron if you need. There is free tea-coffee all day. And also free indian-style breakfast, which I tasted for the first time but enjoyed. The place is - Located in Little India, an attraction all on it's own. Very close to the train, not far from other main attractions. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Lots of restaurants on the same block, and it was a very quick ride from the airport. Room was mixed gender with several pods, but it remained surprisingly quiet during my stay there.

  Although the beds aren't capsules they feel more private than most dorm rooms because the sides of the bed (this goes for doubles only) are covered so the only real opening is at your feet. If you hang a scarf or towel at the end of the bed you're sealed off. The beds are comfy and doubles offer a spacious alternative to usual dorms.   I would say it was very convenient to find Adler hostel, just minutes of walk from Chinatown MRT Stop.
