  The eco-friendly design is really unique and tastefully done. We been to Crown Plaza Hotel recently who also adopt Eco-friendly design but we would say ParkRoyal design is more impressive. Also the pool is cleverly design, guest can swim even during raining days as well. The cage around the pool is interesting. Reception and breakfast area - all s... 别人怎么说 » taffs are very friendly. But as a couple, we don't prefer to sit at high chair around breakfast area. Anyway, overall thumbs up for Park Royal hotel - The location of the hotel was in walking distance of many attractions. Room was fresh and clean, bed comfortable, airconditioner quiet, shower hot and direct, lovely view and no street noise. Pool has the wow factor. Breakfast spoilt for choice, relaxed and plentiful. On our return we have talked to our family and friends about the young luggage assistant who went well beyond good service to assist us with our transfer to the boat. He made the stay for great to memorable.

  At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room. Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony and facing plus direct access to the pool.   very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out.
