  we stayed at a room that is at street side. it was very comfortable, we had everything what we need. Location of hotel is central and convenient. Reception is at the third floor, don't surprise. My room (classic double) was clean, spacious, with lots of day light and very comfortable for resting and working. The room service is also excellent. The location is very central, it is easy to find, there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mall, shops around. I will dfinitely recommend it to my friends and will gladly stay in this hotel again.

  A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. Staff was friendly, however security personnel will never smile or say hi, perhaps they're just taking their job too seriously.   The hotel is maybe not what you expect from 4 stars in Western Europe but for the price and service, I think it is a good deal. We had an executive room (note that minibar is not free in executive and standard rooms - unlike stated below) which was large and spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg.
