Location - it's just a few steps from pedestrian street Arbat. Metro station is just around the corner, but at the same time it doesn't bring You any unconfortability, any noise. Breakfast was good (sparkling wine is included) - my proposal would be to book the room including breakfast . It's not so cheap if You buy it separately (~ 1100 Rubles).

  I was looking for a hotel nearby the Red Square at an “affordable” price. With respect to location it is one of the best hotels you can find in Moscow, being a five minute walk from the Kremlin entrance.   This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We liked the interior design of the hotel, the room was nice - small, clean, equipped with a desk and a sofa besides a king-sized bed. Room was very big and clean. It has jacuzzi, two tv, little fridge, free minibar and everything other you might need during your stay. Also it has nice view.
