Anastasia gave me very clear instructions to many scenic spots in Moscow. The apartment is recently renovated and all the facilities fabulous, especially the ipad projector! The showers in our studio "Supermatisse" is hanged on the ceiling and so the water falls down like a waterfall. Beds are soft and comfortable and the kitchenette together with the small fridge work pretty much well. There is a small supermarket nearby which I found the foods there very few choices. 所有评语 » We had a realy nice stay in Moscow in general, the Apartments where great,with small kitchen,nice proyector to watch tv,well located....The Staff Anthony,Anastasia and all the rest there where realy helpfull....Nice team work, arranged all the transfers and gave good information of the city....The showers where amaizing, with hot wáter...nice and clean toilets..... PUNTUATION: 11/10. The place is tastefully decorated. It is clean, neat and fun. It is a minute's walk from Metro. (And right next to it is a place of exchanging money) Location - excellent. 2 stops from Red Square, also possible to get there by foot. Most importantly, the staff is warm and pleasant. With good advice, to help and a happy smile. Strongly recommended. Design was good, there was enough space in the apartment which is basically one big studio cleverly separated into sections by lights and partitions. There are lots of gadgets (apple tv, projector for tv, iPad mini). Location is great. Just next to one of the central underground stations. And also next to the parks (bulvarnoe kol'co). The apartment was very tastefully decorated , clean , functional and great value . The staff were extremely helpful. They arranged taxis etc and even pick up from the rail station on arrival.Very nice location. Just refurbished with a lot of taste. Video, Mini-Ipad, Hifi. Very clean. Close to Metro (2 stations from red square). Kind staff even if present only in the afternoon. We strongly recommend and will definitely come back. Design, design, design was the main purpose of our stay. This was the very unusual type of accommodation, we liked it. Clean, bright and spacious accommodation; great location - close to metro station, shops, restaurants, yet quiet. The room is well designed and all high tech equipment. I will recommend to my friends. The stairwell was not cleanץ Located on the third floor with no elevator. The studio neighbours with 2 others and the rooms have pretty bad insulation both to the street and inside with neighbours. So could be a little inconvenient. But the owners try to keep the guests quiet after 10pm. The towels were usable but not properly dry cleaned, I would suggest to invest into some new ones. The kitchen is small in case you need to cook anything. Otherwise it had a set of places, glasses and the basic utensils. The main entrance and staircase to the apartments could do with a revamp but we saw design plans for the building in the office so perhaps that may be happening. Dirty staircases without elevator. No sign outisde : be careful when arriving by taxi. It would be better if there were a shower cabin in bath room.cleaning is okay but towels should be changed daily. elevator would be great. Traffic jams in the neibourhood. Staff were friendly but were only physically present at the location from noon to 6pm. We left our luggage in the office and when returned to pick it up at 6:30pm found it left unattended outside the office. The room is on the 4th floor of an old building, there is no escalator!!. people smoke at the stairs and sometimes we found trash there at morning. noise of workers!!!. Bathroom. -There is no sign about the enterance of apartment. Very difficult to find where it is. - No breakfast - Opens at 12:00 noon. There is no staff from 19:00 till next day noon. Just no body. - internet speed is low = video killer. no tea or coffee, lock on bathroom door broken, noisy floor outside of room, no elevator, overkill on technology, toilet not screwed to floor,.
