  Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met. The hostel staff all speak good English, which is a big plus, because you don't always find that in Russia.
