  Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met. It was good for a solo traveler - I wouldn't book it if I came with my wife and son, but it served my purpose of a cheap place to crash each night in the middle of everything.   It's a good hotel, very central located near the top attractions and the main shopping street. The room is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is fair and the selection of the foods are ok. - Spacious room and bathroom. There was also a bathtub, which is way more comfortabla than a regular shower.
