  This is a family-run hotel. Rooms have been recently refurbished to an excellent standard, great shower, bed and location.   As soon as I arrived, the receptionist (who helped me) spoke very good english and showed me my room. This made me feel at home straight away, as my russian is beginner level and quite poor. Very friendly and smiling person, I won't forget her, a pleasure to deal with. The Rooms are in two separate apartments. Mine was in the one across the road ... 别人怎么说 » from the main reception. There was also a man who spoke enough english to talk with, and a woman who spoke Russian (but this is not a problem, as s - rather clean room, good and clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, no-fry rule for the kitchen=no smell, friendly staff, willing to help and keep you in the room a little longer than 12^00 (if needed)

  The hotel is located not far from Mayakovskava- underground station. There are convenient-shops around the conner. The room for 3 persons is big, clean and so comfort. There is refrigerator in the room too. The realy good impression is the lady manager is very helpful and friendly. I made a reservation for two people of whom two could not come and that was fineable according the rules stated at letsbookhotel.com. We could agree at the desk that if the rooms are sold that evening the fine will not be applied, which has definitely happened. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is unbelievable for Moscow!
