  Staff was very helpful. They checked on the terminal for my flight, printed out my boarding pass at the front desk when the lobby printer didn't work and arranged a wake-up call. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were extremely quiet. Two bottles of water provided free-of-charge in the room.
