While not in the city centre, it is only a short 10-12 Leu taxi ride to the Citadel. Relatively easy to find with some signs displayed along the route up the hill and plenty of parking.   We stayed for one night, in June and we received room number 3 – it seems that we’ve been very lucky, as the room looked like a castle room, with low painted ceiling and very old furniture, quite romantic, I would say. The bathroom was not extremely well maintained, a light ball was broken but it’s a 3 stars pension though. Breakfas - Location couldn't have been better. Very Large room with windows opening out into the central square. Modern bathroom - great shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent evening meal. possibility of sitting in square to eat. Convenient location for visiting Biertan and other fortified churches. Only minor problem was that one small window was without curtain, so light came in.

  Family-run establishment that is very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Comfortable beds, good showers, free parking and very reasonably prices.
