We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

The hotel is on a hill a short walk ( about 10 minutes) from the centre of Cluj. Lovely to be out of the city smog. Helpful, friendly staff. Good room with balcony on 4th floor with views over Cluj. Comfortable. Good gym and pool. Excellent internet connection throughout. Overall excellent value. The receptionist, Monica, was very welcoming and helped us with our travel arrangements to Iasi from Cluj. The hotel itself was excellent -- clean and with all the conveniences of home. The food was fresh, home-made and plentiful -- definitely a good value for the money. - Hotel staff are very plesent and the hotel is very clean.
