  This is my 10th trip to Constanta. This is the best hotel for the moneyI paid. It is very clean, all the people are very, very nice and Ireally enjoyed my stay there. I was surprised they offered breakfast forsuch a small rate compared to other hotels...   The rooms are spacious and have a terrace. Localized in 15 minutes on foot from Mamaia and 45 minutes on foot from the Casino. The neighborhood seems safe. They received us after 11pm. The grandpa is the coolest guy ever!
