Mercure had the best rate amongst 4 and 5 star hotels when I was in Warsaw in November. It has excellent location and internal decor I like in business hotels.
The bath room was rather old fashioned and oilcloth curtain had some not fresh odour.
seating/tables in the downstairs dining area. V gloomy lighting - some tables too low, and others had to 'perch on high chairs'! also icy blast of cold weather when door was opened - not a comfortable ambiance for dining!
The location next to the fantastic shoppingmall!!!! Nice rooms! Nice bubblebath in the relax area.
The middle aged man behind the reception desk ordered us a cab to go to the airport, but it wasn´t a licenced cab!.... no taxametre, and more expensive than regular cabs. Problaby a friend of his. I expected a more professional behaviour from the hotel!

EXCELLENT location, couldn't be more in the centre. Just 1 minute walking from the Palace of Science and Culture, right in front of a huge shopping centre and the big central train station. Metro also 5 minutes walking and a lot of bus stops to reach EVERYWHERE!
Very comfortable the room, just too hot, couldn't regulate the temperature and couldn't open the window for a bit of air change.

I used to stay frequently in this hotel in the past when it was run by Holiday Inn. Acor chain redecorated the building and it looks good. It is an excellent business hotel next to Warsaw Central Station. Pleasant staff, clean place. Solid, reliable hotel in good location.
Breakfast extremely expensive. Did not need to use due to early departure but would skip it anyway.

The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.

very nice accomodation, central location, helpful staff, wifi so-so, ultracomfy bed and, finally, thick dimming curtains at the windows.
there has been a big annoyance, since they were renovating a floor, so by day (10-18) workers made a LOT of noise! They warn me about this only at check-in, too late to change place. This has dropped my feedback to poor comfort, otherwise that would be a perfect hotel.
The comfort of the rooms and quality of the furniture; Although the booking indicated only paid WiFi available, the reception staff provided free quality WiFi access in my room; The location is perfect for anyone who has to use the central train station Warsaw Centralna; The near big shopping mall provides a good support when needed.
It is a big chain hotel designed for large groups with the mentality "check-in, pay and check-out". The staff are always courteous and educated but they do not show any interest in making your stay more comfortable and assist you: I could not even get a disposable shower cap.
The front desk staff are very friendly and speak good english.

The towels are terrible. They are barely adequate and as an American, I expect to have a wash cloth... The business center needs to be expanded a bit and it needs to be for business-- not kids playing video games, etc. But even that was tolerable considering all the other good things about the hotel!

Great location! right next to my favorite mall Tarasy and only 3mins walk to Palace of Culture& Science and less than 10 to TK Maxx(another major mall in town). Also it's very close to the central train station and easily accessible to old/new town, major parks, airport... The staff are very friendly and helpful =) Good bkft buffet and wifi connection in anywhere at the hotel

Location of this hotel is great. It's right next to one of the biggest malls in Warsaw and by the central train and buss station. The hotel staff is very friendly and service minded. They extended the spa opening hours just for us on request. Wi-Fi is free and works well. Can recommend this hotel as we got good value for money. A great price for 3 nights.
Breakfast wasn't included in the price, which was a bit sad. But there was coffee and tea available in the room which was good.

Comfortable, no fuss hotel with a central location which made it easy to walk everywhere. My wife and I only took taxis to and from the airport.
Nothing to dislike other than you need to time it accurately to go down for breakfast. If you go around 8am it will be heaving with business types

The location was perfect for travelling, right at the dorstep of the Central Railway Station. The shopping centre is across the street with shops, restaurants and cafes open till late at night. The cheapest room was spacious, comfortable and clean, city view but soundproof and traffic from the street below cannot be heared.
The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor was superb, especially the burgers!
The bathroom looked a little jaded.

Staff charged the wrong card via letsbookhotel.com and would not refund so that I could pay on correct card. Staff were very unhelpful and slightly rude on this matter.
The ample room and excellent furnishing. Very comfy bed.
Low water pressure in the shower (and very high in the washbasin tap). Low wi-fi signal. Crowded wi-fi space: works noticeably better at 6 AM than at 8 PM, where it almost doesn't work. Crazy expensive breakfast additional (25% of the price of the cheapest room).
