I liked the hotel room a lot - it was very light and airy and conmfortable, and the balcony was lovely. I also liked the design of the hotel and the public spaces. Firstly the location is perfect. It's located 10 minute walk from the esplanade and Molo pier. The staff are very accommodating especially Magda who dealt with us, she provided excellent service.
