  The staff were amazing and so, so helpful and positive! And our wonderful friend for both evenings for dinner (I do not want to get his name wrong - I forget it;( who served us was beyond professional. All of the professionals were a class act!   Everything was OK, the hotel is situated in approximately 15 km of the Katowice International Airport, thats why is very good for airtraveling - friendly welcome and late dinner on arrival. open fire place to work on laptop with a beer. Highly recommended. Bernhard Grob
