  Great staff; exceptionally clean and the restaurant food is Haute Cuisine with a polish twist. As a seasoned traveler I wouldn't give the hotel only 3 stars...it deserves more. - Very friendly well educated staf, excellent restaurant. Interior well taken care off.   I stayed there more than 10 times within last 18 months. -The main thing about the Arsenal hotel is the staff who are just excellent.
