  This was our second visit to Apartamenty Velvet and it is ideal for a budget trip. Well-placed for trams and buses. Clean, with basic furnishing and equipment including a hob, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. There was an iron and hairdryer which we didn't expect.   Everything is perfect here: design, cleaness, internet, comfort, breakfast...espacially coffee, personel all - Service and room was really ok. Clean, designer rooms and interiors. Free wifi. Good breakfast.

  We met a representative from the company by the door to get the key. She used 5 minuttes to show us all we needed in the flat.. The flat was VERY nice, no view, but a nice terrace if you wanted to sit outside.   After making a reservation I was a bit worried about the apartment key that needed to be collected. But when I called to arrange it, the person on the phone was very polite and flexible so we could get it when it was ok for us. The apartment was great and as we have kids, I enjoyed the stay more than in any hotel. I trully recommend it.
