The host Lukasz is very helpfull, the apartment is in new building with underground car parking space and lifts, good location, close to huge shopping center-Galeria Mokotow and 9km from city center. The contact Lukas was marvellous called me in the uyk before I
departed, called me once I had landed to let me know where to collect
the key from - even came out to greet me in 30cm of snow. The apartment
was spacious, clean and comfortable and check out time worked well.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel facilities were of an excellent standard and much better than 5 * hotels that Ive previously stayed in. Room was scrupulously clean. Thank you for a perfect stay! - excellent location in the very city centre; room decor and amenities; view of the magnificent Palace of Culture and Science; grand lobby, helpful staff, especially Magda, Guest Relations Manager, who recommended good bars and clubs (she actually called the clubs to see whether they were open since it was mid-week and called us back to our room, as promised), delicious breakfast
