Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. Highly recommended. -

(the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
