Great help from Marcin, we were late checking in due to business meetings but it was no problem for Marcin. The kitchen had been stocked with free basics like milk, cereals, bread and even 4 beers which was great when getting there late and most local shops were shut. Location is just across the park from the main tourist area, less than 5 minutes walk away, yet it was very quiet there, which was good for us and handy for parking as trying to get a car into the main centre is difficult. 所有评语 » Fantastic, well-equiped and centrally located apartment, just on the edge of the Old Town and only a few minutes walk from the main train station. Very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Quiet, peaceful location. Apartment has everything you would need for a short city stay. We were travelling with our 5 year old son who loved having his own room. Amazingly helpful and friendly owners. Fridge stocked with complimentry drinks/milk along with cereals, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. This is ho. The welcome we received to Kracow was fantastic, greeted at airport and transferred to apartment by very informative taxi driver and that was just the start of a very friendly welcome. Maciej met us at the door and showed us to the apartment, letting us know we could contact him if we needed to. The area was close to old town and train station. Apartment very well set-up and a pleasure to stay at. Perfect place to stay in Krakow. Nice,clean, good furnitured apartment, where you will find everything you need for your comfort . It is right in the centre, but is really quiet place, stylish inside,and intelligent owners. It is the best apartment from any point of view I've visited in Krakow and I did for many times. Perfect place for perfect stay. Loved - loved - loved!! It was the perfect location - apartment owner was amazing!! Went the extra mile with details, supplies & making us feel welcomed!! Layout of apartment was perfect for 3 adults. We truly enjoyed our stay, by far one of our favorite locations to stay!! That and beautiful Krakow did not disappoint!!. Appartment was clean, spacious and had everything. It was close to everything. When we arrived the fridge was stocked up!! My flight was diverted the rest of the group arrived on time, Maciej collected me even though it was very late. Would definitely recommend HappyGuest Appartments !!!!. The appartment owner stocked the fridge with beers and treats, he remained in contact with us via email to ensure our stay was catered for. Very good location 5mins or so to the Old Town through a small park area (well lit & safe). The manager was extremely helpful & even check in with a text during our stay. very clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment. Location was great - 5 minute walk from old town and bus/train station. I would definitely recommend it. Very nice, modern, spacious flat in a quiet area close to the old city - can highly recommend the flat for a family of 4-5 people!. The apartment was spacious and clean. close to station,bus terminal,and shopping mall. Manager was very helpful. zero, everything was good. The apartment was on the fourth floor with no lift, this is only a comment not a complaint. The only draw back was the 65 stairs up and down each time - and no elevator. but a great leg workout!!. No negatives. The only downside is that there are several flights of stairs to get up. Nothing major - but if you struggle at all with stairs you may find this difficult. The manager will help get your luggage to the apartment - but wasn't around when we left - so you cannot rely on that. no blinds on bedroom window so very bright in the morning. The flat was on the 5th floor - no elevator - which was ok for us but probably not good for people with fysically problems. on the 5th floor without lift. (good exercise though).
