My partner and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Elegant Apartments in Krakow. The apartments are located a short distance from the main market square; around a ten minute walk and are on the outskirts of the Jewish district of Kazimierz. On arrival we were greeted by a young man; Adrian who looked after us for the duration of our stay...he was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. Adrian also checked us in at 11am because the apartment was ready to go. The apartment.
所有评语 » Gorgeous apartment. Recently updated with high-quality features throughout. Easy walk to town center and Jewish quarter. Peaceful inner courtyard, quiet building. Secure building. Friendly managers. We booked the deluxe apartment for two couples, and it was perfect. The couple upstairs had their own bathroom and sitting room that was very private from the other bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice shower. Comfy bed with comfier duvet. Small but nice balcony for upper. Staying here was truly a privileged and "elegant" experience. My wife and I booked the 1-br apartment for 3 -- it is apartment 8 in the building. It is a new, spacious, luxury, beautifully-kept apartment with top-notch decor and a full eat-in kitchen with all amenities. The apartment faces an inner garden and is very quiet. The building itself is on a main street, central to all the tourist sites. The staff person who takes care of you -- a young man named Adrian -- is a gem. He is available, h. Adrian and his mother run this wonderful hotel! Adrian and I emailed quite a bit before our trip - he provided restaurant recommendations, directions to downtown, and directions to the location to meet the bus for our trip to Auschwitz. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen full of pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave. Downtown Krakow was an easy 10 min walk away. We also felt safe walking to the hotel after dark. Spacious accommodation. Cleanliness. Comfy beds. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped throughout. Adrian was very helpful and he allowed us to leave our bags when we arrived at 12.00 noon. Pleasant surprise on entering the building and seeing the lovely courtyard. It felt very secure with two digital key pads to gain access to the outer and inner buildings as well as a very strong double lock on the apartment itself. It was a convenient walk to the 'Old Town' centre. The weather was gorge. Superb apartment, decorated to highest standards. Top quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Extremely friendly staff and security entrance with CCTV. superb location just ~8 min walk to old town square and ~1 min from old kazimierz quarters. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely stay here again :-). One of the nicest accommodations I've ever experienced. The luxury apartment on the top floor was very spacious with great amenities, everything was brand new. Located very centrally between the Old Town and Kazimierz. Will definitely stay here again when in Krakow. Thank you! It is a lovely, clean, quiet gem situated within walking distace from old town and the lively jewish quarters are just around the corner. Adrian is a charming host and the apartment well-equipped. Recommended!. The Apartment was very safe and secure. Although on a busy road you could not hear the traffic as apartments where at the back. It is close to the Old Town centre and to the Jewish Quarter. Plenty of shops nearby. Perfect! Extremely polite, friendly and efficient staff. Convenient for the Old Town and Kazimierz. everything was great nothing was too much trouble for Adrian the gentleman who was looking after apartments when we go back to Krakow that's the place we will be staying without a doubt. The location is excellent between the old town and the Jewish town. The house itself is beautifully renovated and the garden is lovely. Apartments are spacious. We stayed in the luxury one bed apartment which was of a high standard and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on whilst away from home. everything ! fantastic apartement , near the town centre but looking onto a quiet courtyard . Good location for old town and Jewish quarter. Interesting old building -apartment and garden nicely renovated. Friendly helpful landlord Facilities very adequate if not luxurious. Not a problem for us, but apartment was up two flights of stairs with no elevator. Parking was a little confusing at first, but seemed to be a good spot in the end. The apartment is up 2 full, tall flights of stairs -- equal to 4 flights in a modern building. It was fine for us, but be warned if you have mobility issues. The bedding is 2 European singles pushed together in the bedroom. There is a full sofa bed in the living room if you are traveling with a 3rd or 4th person. The only issue we had was the limited amount of hot water for the shower. There is a water heater in the bathroom that only provided about 30 min of hot water. We learned to take 8 min showers. Don't let this discourage you from staying at this wonderful place!. There was nothing we did not like. The WiFi signal was a bit weak on the top floor, nothing a stronger transmitter or a WiFi repeater wouldn't fix, though. No complaints. There isn't really anything I disliked. Although I think my Apartment could have done with a Microwave in the kitchen and a hairdryer would be useful. Perhaps some garden furniture in the courtyard?. There are no tables or chairs in the garden, which is a shame. The furniture in the apartments is not very elegant. The parking possibility is a bit far from the apartment, but that wasn't a big problem. The waterheater didn't have enough warm water for a nice big shower for the two of us, which was quite disappointing after spending hours in the cold city :(. I didn't like that the air conditioning could only be used from 2-11. We were out alll day and not back until late so we couldn't cool the apartment down. I like to use the A/C at night for sleeping. no parking for a car, but management offered discount for the parkin gin that area. Nothing. About not car parking. No parking in immediate vicinity and no lift so would not be suitable for anyone who could not carry their luggage easily.
