  The rooms were very spacious. The location was perfect and once we found our feet realised that we were in walking distance from most restaurants and bars. The food was good with plenty of variety. The people outside the hotel spoke very little english but enough for us to get by. A train ride for 2 - 3 euros to a place called Sopot is a must. There is a taxi rank out - The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

  Prior to our arrival the communication was excellent, the staff booked us a taxi as our flight was due to arrive after midnight, even though our flight was 2 hours late the taxi was there as reliable as ever and was 120 zloty which i know is a good rate for a taxi.   Stayed at the Grand Cru Hotel over the last weekend and I was very pleased with the high standards of the hotel itself and with the service. I had dinner in the restaurant on one of the evenings and would recommend it for quality, service and value. The hotel is just round the corner from the water - It's location close enough to the historic center yet in a secluded and quiet area. Our room was spacious,it was comfortable, clean and quiet.
