Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. We found the Hotel to be one of the best Hotels we stayed in while in Europe. It is virtually new in 2013. Everything about the Hotel was great. Friendly and helpful desk clerks. I would recommend all people going Krakow to consider the Vanilla Aparthotel. Dinner at the Vanilla was quite good. I had no complaints about the quality of the food. I have great video of the place if you would like to see it.
