The room was great. Big, extremely clean, great tv, big bed. Perfect! The staff speaks perfect english and is very helpfull. Very close to clark airport, so is very convenient if you have to travel the next day. Great pool and money value. There is a mexican restaurant near the hotel...delicious! Specially if you are tired of asian food. The quietness , the politness of the stuff, the driver , the view, that's why I came back again here coz it was fully booked on 23 Feb , I stayed 1 night in some other hotel , and here I am , back to Prisem , I don't know will ill go coz my flight to dubai on 28 Feb thank you very much.
所有评语 » rooms and the whole hotel are very clean. rooms are big, clean and very modern in design. nice location, accessible to restaurants and mall but in a quiet vicinity. The staffs are very friendly, and accommodating as well as flexible. They will make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff came to pick us up at the airport despite our late arrival. They always great us with happy attitutes. Whenever we needed some help (going to a place or getting an item) - they took us seriously and gave us their best local knowledge that helped us saved fortunes. We both really liked everything about it. Great little street bbq stall across the road and for $5, we ate heaps of oork skewers. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We are staying on there on our last night before we fly out. The hotel looked very clean and has a great design. I like the staffs and were very friendly especially the cleaning staffs. The location is great and is away from the bars. our room. exceeded our expectation! super nice!!! pool wasn't clean during our stay =( nonetheless, we love our transient experience!!! will be back!!!. I like the Prism Hotel as it was not too big, very friendly and polite staff. Location was good, away from the main bars so quite quiet and not noisy. The swimming pool is quite nice. Close to airport. All day breakfast. Building and facilities in good conditions compared to the neighborhood. Our room was large and comfortable and we enjoyed having a massage before going to bed cheap. Felt very safe and staff friendly. The pool and the ambiance. It's very relaxing and entertaining as well. it's so colorful just like you are in a fairy tale.. Friendly staff always accomodating. Great value Very clean Wonderful breakfast Quiet. Staff were super friendly and breakfast in room was a special touch. found it to be a very nice place with a attractive pool setting. Very clean breakfast in bed wonderful staff good wireless. the room is big, and clean, the pool nice. 24 hours staffs. Almost perfect. Staff where great. Nothing to much trouble...Was a very relaxed atmosphere, this was our fourth stay there and will definitely ne staying there again. It was near the airport, so convenient for an overnight delay. Close to airport and SM Mall. Angeles is not pretty, there is nothing to see. Just sleep there to go to the airport next day. I couldent find breakfast serveices , or bar, and the spa also but its ok thanks. Wifi. Please bring your own combs. It's p50 if u forget. It was a little bit away from the main stream, but a taxi or motor bike was always available and for a couple of $$s, the sim Mall was a great place for shopping and meals only 7 mins away. What I didn't like about it is where the swimming pool is located. It is near and surrounded the guest rooms. The hotel does not follow the pool rules when they allowed guests to swim after 10PM. You can hear very clearly when people are swimming and awakened by it. I will not recommend this with small children to stay at this hotel. They seemed to cater more to people who stays with local girls. My only problem was the shower water did not seem to get hot, only luke warm. Far from city. Neighborhood is gloomy and doesn't feel super safe. Location was outside of downtown...but still close enough. Internet WiFi not readily available. Have to be really close to front desk to use. Will be nice if the had WiFi in the rooms even if the have to charge for it. nothing i could report. it's a little bit of the center no shuttle service e.g. to the major mall, nevertheless a jeepney can be used breakfast room was not yet available. Nothing spesial. Transportation costs high for area. There where only two things...the menu only serves breakfast which if you pay for whith the room it van be had anytime during the day..the other thing was the pool closes at 10pm..would be good it it stayed open longer...But all in all a great place to stay. The area where the hotel was located was kind of shady, it was not very developed, and there was nothing to do that seemed safe. shower is a trickle bed with plastic wrapper.
