  The staff was helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good. The room was clean, big and practical. The beds were nice and comfortable. It was nothing fancy but since we stayed there for only one night it served our purpose. They kept our luggage at the front desk for us after we checked out and went on a tour of Lake Titicaca. That was very helpful. - Here we have met very pleasant acceptance.Staff are very hospitable and helpful, they have explained us about the peculiarities of the city. Speaking generally I would strongly recommend this place for everyone, who is traveling to Puno.
