  The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most of them spoke at least some English so there wasn't much communication trouble for a non- Spanish speaker like me. I arrived early in the morning and they emptied a room up for me to have a rest, which was really nice since technically I couldn't check in until 2:00pm that day. We arrived at 8 a.m. and had reservation for the night that day, Angelo invited us with breakfast, provided us with the map of Miraflores and gave us many valuable advices about Lima. I would definitely recommend this place for stay! - Angelo, the owner, is an excellent teacher about the history of Peru. His helpfulness really made our stay more enjoyable as he knows where all the tourist attractions are and they are all quite close to his B&B. He and his staff make sure everyone is comfortable and being able to have breakfast each morning in the courtyard was most enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend B&B Tradiciones to anyone visiting Peru.

  Giancarlo is great! From the moment we arrived he made us feel like family (family of 4 with a teen and a 9 yr old). The home is 2 blocks from the Larcomar Mall which is a HUGE mall built into the side of the cliff on the beach. It is a very safe, very quiet neighborhood. I was sick when I arrived and had some other travel disasters but they gave me a 'haven' to restore and continue on my travels.   We stayed in a quadruple room, 2 single beds, 1 bunk. Room and private bathroom spacious, clean, comfortable beds, hot shower. Room was facing the garden/ veranda and was very quiet. It was nice to sit on the veranda on lovely garden furniture and having a cup of tea. I can t comment on the location as we had only one night between 2 flights. The airport transfers were prompt and efficient (30 soles each way) - 10 minute drive from airport, even less than that on Sunday morning. We arrived at B&B around 9pm - staff ordered takeaway dinner for us so we didn't have to go out (neighbourhood dodgy). St - The most friendly, helpful and warm welcoming staff (family) possible! They organized for us taxi from and to the airport, gave us an entire suite for the price of our room, we got a personal guide to walk us to a nearby restaurant, they woke up at impossible hour in the morning to prepare us breakfast because our plane has leaving very early and finally, we got a goodbye as warm as the rest of our short stay. If you need to spend a night near the airport, you definitely got to stay there!
