  Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. We also had 2 separate bookings as we had 3 night tour booked and re-checking in when we had to was no problem at all. the brea... 别人怎么说 » kfast is fantastic with so much variety. Yes it can be busy at times but that is to be expected. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D

  Beautiful location overlooking the fjord and the Arctic Cathedral on the far side (the view is worth upgrading to a superior room). Friendly,helpful staff. Fantastic choice at breakfast - if you were there for 2 weeks you could have a different breakfast every day and still not cover all the combinations. Also pickup- point for most day excursions. Very nice breakfast with fresh fruits. Good rooms with nice bed, sofa and good view. Hotel with good atmosphere.
