  The clarion is a las vegas experience into the fjords! :) - Free, fast internet access was very good. Staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English.   The peaceful, central location and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was good and extensive. The terrace had gorgeous views of the harbour with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff were all very helpful and extremely friendly too.

  quiet rooms - We were pleased with the staff, who made us welcome and kindly rewarded us for late booking into our room with a complimentary dinner and drinks in the bar. We very much liked the location also. Holmestrand has certainly developed since we lived in Tonsberg in the 80's.!
