  We had an apartment on the second floor of a four unit building. The small outside deck faced the fjord, which was nice. Free parking. The facility has a restaurant, with very average food and high prices (high prices are typical in Norway). There are two very good grocery stores in the town and we cooked two dinners in our apartment. He also exchanged our currency, gave us grat info/suggestions. The place is very clean and neat, with amazing location. Thank you

  We had an excellent large room with two panoramic windows and fjord view. The location is very convenient- just few meters from the ferry terminal (but still silent!) and very close to Balestrand.   Staying at Bjørgo Gard was definitely a unique experience that we would recommend to others. The initial drive up the mountain can be a bit intimidating at first because it is a steep and narrow road, but it is very well kept (paved from top to bottom) and offers several vantage points for spectacular views.
